Yoga Teacher

Sanna is a lover of movement, mindfulness, and self-expression.
Born and raised in Europe between Sweden and Italy, she brings a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the richness of lived experience into everything she offers. Her journey with yoga began in 2013, and since then it has become a steady companion through the many seasons of life, with over 700 hours of training and teaching across Europe and Southeast Asia.
She draws inspiration from her background in dance, martial arts, and expressive movement, and is currently deepening her practice of embodied expression through her studies at WAAPA, where she is training in acting and the performing arts.
Her practice is deeply rooted in the discipline and breath of Ashtanga, the playful fire of Rocket, and the stillness and introspection of Yin Yoga.
It was through Yin that Sanna learned to truly listen—to soften into discomfort, to be with what is, and to find presence not just in movement, but in stillness. She sees Yin as a quiet but radical practice—one that invites us to slow down, feel deeply, and meet ourselves in a more intimate way. It has become a powerful counterpart to the stronger practices she loves, and a foundational part of her teaching and personal practice.
Sanna believes that movement, in any form, is a way back to self—a way to reconnect with our softness, strength, and inner voice. You’ll find Sanna guiding Yin Yoga at Bodyscape on Saturday afternoons, creating classes that feel like a gentle invitation inward—grounded, soulful, and open to all.
