Leona Marantan

Yoga Teacher

Leona’s vibrant and compassionate approach to life is deeply rooted in her yoga practice. 

With a great reverence for yoga’s origins and traditions, she completed her 200-hour YTT in Dharamshala, India, immersing herself in the serene Himalayan landscape. There, amidst an intensive meditation, breathwork and asana training, she found the perfect space for deep physical, mental and spiritual exploration. Leona now brings this depth of practice into her classes, creating a calming and grounded experience for her students.

An adventurer at heart, Leona embraces every opportunity to explore—whether through movement, travel, or food. 

Off the mat, she combines her passion for science and education by teaching medical science skills at The BioDiscovery Centre at Harry Perkins, all while pursuing her postgraduate studies in Nutrition.

Leona’s classes reflect her love for mindful movement, self-discovery, and the power of stillness, offering students a space to cultivate balance, presence, and inner peace. You can find Leona on Monday mornings teaching Vinyasa.
