Kate is Mum to four gorgeous girls, and has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, but it wasn't until she started struggling with her mental health that it truly changed her life.
She speaks first hand to the benefits of yoga, not just for your body (although these are amazing too!) but how it benefits your mind, how it makes you feel and what it teaches you off the mat, totally transforming your life, that matters most.
Her classes are well sequenced to work into all the spaces of the body that need it most, as well as calm the fluctuations of the mind, leaving students feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and inspired for their day.
Besides studio classes, Kate also facilitates regular day and weekend retreats across Perth.
She teaches vinyasa, yin, meditation, and loves to evoke relaxation and deep rest using modalities such as sound, movement and breathwork.
She is passionate about providing a safe sanctuary, helping you to reconnect to your heart, rediscovering who you truly are deep down, and supporting you in the journey towards health and wellness, and ultimately unwavering self-love.
Kate is fanatical about food, and loves nothing more than date nights out with her husband, cold ocean swims, time out in nature, and chilling out with a nice book (when the kids allow of course)!
