Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Postnatal Yoga Teacher

Chloe taught at yoga studios in London before recently returning to Perth.
Her journey started with the odd yoga class during university but a 6-day Ashtanga yoga retreat convinced her that it was something worth sticking with (once she got over her sore arms)! Little by little she noticed physical changes, but it is the changes in her mental state that have benefited her the most.
Yoga has truly changed Chloe and her life. Her busy job ended up forcing her to take time out from work, but provided her with the space to complete her initial Yoga Teacher Training and she has not looked back.
From her own experience, Chloe believes yoga is a practice of patience.
Chloe’s classes offer you the space to connect with mind, body and breath, offering options that invite you to listen to what you need in that particular class. Chloe teaches vinyasa, yin, prenatal, postnatal and Bubs ‘n’ Me yoga with a focus on breath and intentional movement, incorporating modern philosophy.
Chloe became fascinated by pregnancy, birth and parenthood after completing her Pregnancy Yoga training.
She went on to complete her Postnatal Yoga training, and is currently training as a hypnobirthing instructor. She is passionate about supporting Mums, pregnant people, parents and caregivers on their own unique journeys, connecting you with your body and your baby, providing you with tools that might help support you during the perinatal period and beyond.
Chloe is obsessed with food! She loves cooking, eating and feeding her friends and family. She also loves the sun and the ocean. You’ll find her teaching our Prenatal Yoga Course and the Bub ‘n’ me Course at Bodyscape.
