Amber is a medical doctor by vocation and a yogi by nature.
With a profound respect for the mind-body connection, Amber believes that a protected and nurtured physical body is fundamental to a thriving and peaceful mind. This belief was the main inspiration behind her personal journey with holistic wellness which includes honours degrees in Medicine (BMBS) and Psychology (BAP), and a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Qualification.
Driven by this ethos, Amber infuses her yoga classes with a blend of physical challenge and yogic philosophy, creating a space where participants are encouraged to explore their physical boundaries and delve deep into the world of self-discovery.
Join Amber on the mat for dynamic and invigorating classes with thoughtfully curated music and words – a journey that transcends the physical and touches on the essence of what it means to live a vibrant and harmonious life. You’ll find Amber teaching Vinyasa as well as Yin Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
